The pump capacity is sufficient and, with a little manual skill, a different hose can also be fitted (correct threaded connection).

This filter is perfect for pond that size. Our pond is just under 1 cubic meter and we’ve been very satisfied with its performance. 
Adding a hose should be no problem. The only restriction would be how many centimeters of elevation you need. The greater the elevation the volume of water will decrease.
