Hello, I have mounted two such hooks. With the first one, everything works perfectly. With the second, I have the problem that one screw does not grip. I was able to tighten three screws properly, but the fourth one just turns loose in the hole. What could that be? Of course I can't take anything out now.....! What do you think? Are three screws enough? Thank you.

I can give myself the answer. I managed by the skin of my teeth to pull this one heavy-duty anchor out of the borehole intact. Then I tightened the heavy-duty anchor a little, i.e. spread it, then hammered it in fully and, lo and behold, it was easy to tighten. Probably the drill hole was slightly worn out and therefore it could not grip. Hope someone can benefit without wasting time on the same problem in the future. Greetings
