Best Rotwerk products in the Bench drills category

On this page you'll find a ranking of the best Rotwerk products in this category. To give you a quick overview, we've already ranked the most important information about the products for you.

1. Rotwerk Trapano da banco TB 16

The Rotwerk TB16 is a powerful bench drill for hobbyists, workshops, and training. This bench drill is powered by a robust 400-watt drive motor, achieving drilling capacities of up to 16 mm through a 12-stage speed adjustment. With the help of the rack and pinion guide and the hand crank, the drill table can be ergonomically and infinitely adjusted in height and tilted sideways. This significantly simplifies working with different component heights. The workpieces can be securely clamped and prevented from twisting using the fastening grooves. The work spindle features a B16 tool holder, allowing for easy changes of the drill chuck. For safety, the machine is equipped with a two-part, height-adjustable protective cover. The folding mechanism of the protective cover allows for easy tool changes. With the adjustable protective height, both the drill chuck and the tool remain covered, thereby increasing user safety.

2. Rotwerk Fraiseuse EFM 200 DS

Drilling and milling machine for processing workpieces made of metal, plastic, or similar materials. The EFM 200 DS is specifically designed for finger mills up to 16 mm and face mills up to 30 mm. The milling head can be tilted on both sides by a maximum of 45°, allowing for easy milling of bevels, inclined surfaces, or grooves. The special fine feed on the milling head enables very precise adjustment of the desired milling depth. The height adjustment of the milling head is 180 mm. The worktable can be moved 220 mm in the X-axis and 100 mm in the Y-axis. For high forces at lower speeds, two mechanical speed levels can be selected. For processing non-ferrous metals and plastics, operation is possible at speeds of up to 2200 min-1 in the upper speed range. The control system is crucial for the performance of a machine tool, which is why there are no compromises with the EFM 200 DS. The speed electronics, developed and produced by the German manufacturer Telegärtner, ensure powerful operation at all speeds.

3. Rotwerk RB18 vario

The RB18 Vario with infinitely variable speed adjustment was developed by Rotwerk in Germany. In terms of safety, the RB18 Vario is the first bench drill with a power supply in the column and a cable winder in the machine base. This is the first effective implementation of the requirements for greater safety in handling the supply voltage and for tidiness at the workplace. The operating buttons with emergency stop on the front panel are another important article in favour of safety. However, the skilful arrangement of all other operating elements also contributes its articles to safe and comfortable working. However, what you as a user will be most interested in is the drilling performance of the machine. The infinitely variable Vario drive was designed by us together with one of the leading drive technology companies in Germany. It offers all the advantages of this type of drive with an additional increase in performance and a longer service life for the drive belts. The specially moulded housing flanks allow increased air circulation and thus cooling of the drive belts with a longer service life. The result is a powerful machine that marches effortlessly through large drill diameters in steel. But that's not all, the RB18 Vario is the first machine of its kind with a machine head made of die-cast aluminium. This made many innovations possible. The significant weight reduction is also crucial. This is a significant advantage both for the user and for the ecological balance. The powder-coated surface of the machine head emphasises the high quality of the machine.
