The control device features a rectangular design with circularly arranged buttons for activating three room scenarios (so-called moods). The active mood is indicated by a green LED. There is a central Come/Go button that is pressed when entering and leaving the room. When the "Go" mood is active (room user absent), the Come/Go button lights up red for orientation support. Additionally, the operator has two equipment buttons available to adjust two functions of the room.

The housing and buttons are made of plastic with a silk-matte, silver surface. All buttons are printed with intuitive pictograms. Installation is done in a standard Euro box or a UK metal back box (not included in delivery), with screws remaining invisible after installation.

The control device is connected to the DALI control line (polarity-sensitive) using a screw terminal. Power is supplied solely through the DALI control line (no mains connection) with a current consumption of 6 mA (3 DALI loads).
