The dwarf fragrant lilac, botanically known as Syringa 'Bloomerang Dark Purple', is an attractive garden plant known for its purple flowers and pleasant floral scent. It reaches a height of around 1.5 metres and prefers a sunny location to develop its full splendour.

The flowering period of this lilac plant extends over a long period from May to September. It should be emphasised that this lilac not only looks beautiful, but is also insect-friendly.

The dwarf fragrant lilac is hardy, so it also thrives in colder regions. With its more compact growth and fragrant flowers, it is perfect for smaller gardens, balconies or as a highlight in planters.
