The Switchgrass 'Rotstrahlbusch', botanically known as Panicum virgatum 'Rotstrahlbusch', is a beautiful, hardy garden plant that is particularly suitable for sunny locations. It reaches a height of about 0.9 meters and is excellent for smaller gardens or in beds and borders.

The flowering period of this plant extends from July to September. During this time, light brown flowers appear, which later develop into an attractive fruit display. A special highlight of the Switchgrass 'Rotstrahlbusch' is its beautiful autumn coloring, which adorns the plant with warm red and gold tones, creating a stunning focal point for the garden, especially during the transition to autumn.
