The Leyland Cypress, botanically known as Cupressocyparis Leyland '2001', is a robust, hardy garden plant that thrives excellently in both sunny and partially shaded locations. This conifer reaches a height of 5 meters and is very well-suited for pruning.

With its fast growth and dense structure, the Leyland Cypress is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a low-maintenance, evergreen hedge plant or a sturdy specimen plant. A special feature of the 'Gold Rider' variety is its golden-yellow needles, which provide a vibrant color accent in the garden throughout the year.
