Product details
This plant is certified with the Suisse Garantie label.
The Corkscrew Hazel, botanically known as Corylus avellana 'Contorta', is a hardy garden plant with a corkscrew-like growth habit that makes it a true eye-catcher, especially in the leafless season. With a height of up to 2.5 meters, this shrub is ideal as a standalone plant in larger gardens. The plant can be maintained at a desired size through regular pruning.
Already in late winter, from February to March, the plant displays its delicate yellow catkins. These early-blooming flowers are not only a decorative harbinger of spring but also a valuable food source for bees and other insects.
Note: Please be aware that the plant may look different than shown in the pictures depending on its growth cycle.
Container plants
Our container plants grow in plastic pots and - apart from frost-related restrictions - can be planted all year round. Unlike balled plants, they do not experience transplant shock and continue to grow without interruption if planted correctly.Natural deviations possible

The characteristics stated in the product descriptions are for guidance only and do not constitute binding assurances.
