The Chinese reed 'Variegatus', botanically known as Miscanthus sinensis 'Variegatus', is an eye-catching, hardy ornamental plant that stands out thanks to its white-edged foliage. This plant reaches an impressive height of around 1.8 metres.

The Chinese reed 'Variegatus' thrives best in a location with full sunlight. The white-silvery flowers appear in September to October.

With minimal care, the Chinese reed 'Variegatus' will provide years of enjoyment. It requires little water and offers beautiful inflorescences and impressive foliage in autumn.
