The 'Savoy' cabbage is an old variety from the Lake Geneva region. We found this variety in the Swiss gene bank and want to revive it. It is extremely robust and produces beautiful, firm, and curly heads. It can be used for all your cabbage dishes. Harvesting takes place from mid-October to mid-December and even longer if the winter is not too harsh. At harvest, the plant reaches a height of 40 cm.
