Zollinger Bio Tomatillo, Mountain Eggplant

Lush-growing plant originating from Mexico, featuring many round, green, and sometimes purple fruits (approximately 5 cm in size). The ripe fruits burst from their lanterns. Bergauberginen thrive very well in open fields and yield a high harvest throughout the entire growing season. The fruits are excellent for ratatouille and sauces, making them an ideal substitute for eggplant.
