Zollinger Bio Snake bean, Metro

This subtropical bean grows like a pole bean and can also be cultivated here. It produces abundantly with pods up to 60 cm long that are light green in color. They are harvested young (at 40 cm they are very tender and delicious) and cooked as a vegetable. Allow overripe pods to fully mature, shell them, and use them as dry beans. Height up to 250 cm.
