The cover crop 'Landsberger Gemenge' is a perennial seed mixture consisting of red clover, vetch, and Italian ryegrass. This mixture is ideal for soil improvement as it fixes a significant amount of nitrogen, aerates the soil, and produces a large quantity of biomass. Just one month after sowing, it completely covers the ground and remains in place until it is removed.
