Zollinger Bio Grain amaranth, golden grain

Amaranth is, alongside corn and quinoa, one of the most important grains for the indigenous peoples of South America (the Incas). It is gaining increasing significance in grain allergy diets. It is a so-called pseudocereal. The white grains can be prepared like millet, ground, or popped. The plant can reach a height of up to 1 meter and is quite impressive.
