Zollinger Bio Garden cress, Turkish

The garden cress 'Turkish' is a fast-growing plant. It has relatively thin, serrated leaves. It is excellent for seasoning salads or other dishes, adding a peppery note. Due to its small size of 10 cm, it can be grown in pots or in the open ground. It can be harvested from January to December when sown successively. It is believed to originate from West Asia.
