Zollinger Bio Chinese chives, garlic from the Orient

Chinese garlic chives from the Orient are a perennial plant, particularly valued for their long, aromatic stems. Due to their unique flavor with hints of garlic and chives, they are often used in Asian cuisine, especially in stir-fries and soups. The white, star-shaped flowers that appear in late summer are also edible and very decorative. They can be used, for example, as a garnish for salads. Harvesting occurs continuously throughout the year, with stems reaching heights of up to 30 cm at harvest.
