Zollinger Bio Asian leafy vegetables, mustard 'Red Giant'

The mustard 'Roter Riese' is an Asian leafy vegetable with large leaves that have a beautiful dark purple hue.

The leaves are slightly spicy and can be eaten raw in salads or sautéed in a pan. They can also be mixed with other leafy greens to create your own mesclun salad.

The leaves are harvested 45 days after sowing. Multiple harvests are possible. The plant reaches a height of 20 cm at harvest and is suitable for pot cultivation.
