Zeintra Shaft Disc Brush Diamond smartcel, Filament 0.15 mm, 10...20 µm

With the smartcel brushes, no additional liquids or pastes are needed during polishing. The cellulose bristles are infused with diamond powder. Since polishing pastes can be omitted, there is no need to clean the components from residues. Thanks to the cellulose carrier material, there is no concern about material transfer (smearing or melting) on the component even at high speeds.

Advantage:
Exclusion of smearing and melting during the machining process.
No additional liquids or pastes required.

Application:
Polishing.

Suitable for use in CNC machining centers or handling systems, e.g., angle grinders for dry processing or optionally with oil cooling.
