Yato hydraulic sheet metal cutter (YT-18907)
The set is designed for cutting round holes in sheet metal with a diameter of 22 to 60 mm. The cutting head is connected to the hydraulic cylinder pump via a hose. This kit is used for cutting holes when manufacturing control panels for the installation of boxes or switches. When cutting holes, the surface of the box is not deformed or damaged.
The set is easy to transport and store, packed in a sturdy case. It includes dies and punches for holes with diameters of 22 mm, 27.5 mm, 34 mm, 43 mm, 49 mm, and 60 mm. The material pressure during cutting is approximately 6 tons.
It is suitable for cutting holes in steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, and non-ferrous metals. The thickness of the material to be cut can be up to about 4 mm, depending on the type. The set includes 6 pairs of dies with diameters of 22 mm, 27.5 mm, 34 mm, 43 mm, 49 mm, and 60 mm, 2 fastening pins, and a hand-operated mechanism with a hose, as well as 1 seal kit.
