These clever helpers are a cost-effective solution for marking the corresponding drilling positions in wooden dowel connections. The set includes four dowel markers made of robust steel. They feature a shaft that you insert into the drilled dowel holes of the first part of your workpiece, while the other side has a protruding metal pin. With this, you can now mark the correct drilling positions on the complementary workpiece. Simply push the pieces closely together and align them correctly. When you press the boards together, the metal pins of the dowel markers will embed into the wood of the opposing board, marking the correct drilling position for your subsequent dowel hole drilling.
