Product details

The breathable VentGLAND® cable gland features an integrated microporous, liquid-tight, and breathable ePTFE membrane. This membrane allows for air exchange despite water permeability, thereby preventing pressure differences between the interior of the enclosure and the environment. As a result, the cause of condensation is eliminated. This patented product combines a cable gland and pressure equalization in one. It offers optimal sealing and strain relief through a special WISKA lamella system with enlarged contact surfaces and a large sealing area. Sealing to the enclosure is achieved with an additional EPDM O-ring. Available in various sizes and materials. Special features: impact-resistant, with strain relief, and with sealing.
