The sheet metal nibbler, also known as a nibbler or sheet metal cutter, is the ideal tool for effortlessly cutting sheet metal and plastic sheets to your requirements. Thanks to an output of 500 watts and an idle speed of around 2000 revolutions per minute, the tool can be used for processing hard, soft, corrugated and smooth materials up to 2.5 mm thick. The nibbler makes continuous up-and-down movements in combination with a continuous feed, so that it pushes through the workpiece and is similar to a jigsaw in its approach. Cutting is performed by a single "tooth" that moves along the fixed cutting edge.

A major advantage of the sheet metal nibbler is that it can cut the workpieces without deforming the material and without creating sparks. Instead, the nibbler glides through sheet metal, plastic and similar materials like butter. It is guided by hand so that you have full control when processing and cutting workpieces. The 360° rotatable nibbler head allows you to create a precise cutting line and the variably adjustable cutting direction means you can easily work on hard-to-reach areas with the sheet metal nibbler.
