Wiltec Bending machine

This manual bending machine, also known as a flanging machine, is the ideal tool for processing sheets of various types and for creating flanges on body parts. Flanges are groove-shaped indentations in sheets, wires, cylinders, containers, pipes, or similar materials. These indentations increase the stability of constructions and individual parts but can also be used for aesthetic enhancement.

Thanks to its sturdy construction, this flanging machine is durable and robust. The shafts run in plain bearings with grease nipples, allowing for smooth operation. With the 6 pairs of profile rollers, various flanges can be produced. The maximum insertion depth of the sheet is 440 mm. The flanging machine is manually operated via a hand crank, providing maximum control during sheet processing.
