Wiltec Automatic tensioning strap set

With this set, you receive four automatic tie-down straps. Thanks to the rolling mechanism, they are incredibly easy to use: there is no need to thread any strap into the ratchet. Once the lever is locked behind the catch, the tie-down strap can be released and unrolled. By pressing the red button, the strap can be rolled up. The ratchet creates tension, requiring minimal effort. Finally, the lever is locked in the position just before the catch.

Each automatic tie-down strap has a fixed end length of 0.3 m and a loose end length of 2.7 m. The total length of the strap is 1.8 m with a width of 25 mm. The automatic tie-down straps come with S-hooks that can be easily hooked in. The straps are made of PES (polyester), making them weather-resistant and dirt-repellent.

They can withstand a maximum load of 320 daN. The tensioning force is 115.2 daN, and the manual pulling force is 25 daN. This makes them ideal for securing luggage and furniture, for example. These tie-down straps can be used to secure items, such as in the trunk of a car or on the bed of a trailer. However, the tie-down straps are not suitable for lifting loads.
