Product details

For processing non-insulated cable lugs, pin cable lugs, butt connectors, and small cable lugs. This tool creates solderless electrical connections in accordance with standards.

Design:

  • Crimp profiles:
  • Profile 1: 0.1 - 0.5 mm² / AWG 26 - 20
  • Profile 2: 0.5 - 2.5 mm² / AWG 20 - 14
  • Profile 3: 4.0 - 6.0 mm² / AWG 12 - 10
  • Profile 4: 10.0 - 16.0 mm² / AWG 8 - 6

It features a releasable positive lock to ensure a complete crimping process, with the required crimping pressure set at the factory. The ergonomically shaped soft handles have a slip guard for particularly comfortable handling.

Head shape: W-crimp, radial crimp.

Standards: Non-insulated cable lugs with closed crimp sleeve according to DIN 46234 / DIN 46230 / DIN 46341.

Material: Made of high-strength special steel. Particularly stressed parts are specially tempered.
