Product details
The Votronic MobilPower SMI 1700 Sinus ST-NVS inverter 12 V DC / 230 V AC is designed for use in special vehicles, high-quality motorhomes, and other areas where high quality and reliability are essential. It is built for high continuous loads, providing 1700 W continuously and up to 3000 W for short peak loads to handle high inrush currents.
A special highlight of the SMI ST-NVS series is the integrated grid priority switch. Thanks to this feature, your power system automatically draws energy from the grid when connected, preserving the batteries. If no grid power is available, the device automatically switches back to battery operation. The exact behavior of the NVS is flexibly adjustable, allowing for various configurations based on needs.
Technical highlights of the MobilPower SMI 1700 ST-NVS inverter:
- Provides output current with grid voltage quality (pure sine wave)
- 1700 watts continuous power, designed for 12 V battery voltage
- Only 10 W self-consumption when switched on without load and just 5 W in standby mode
- Trouble-free operation of all grid-powered devices, such as medical equipment, radios, charging docks (for mobile phones, radios, flashlights, batteries, etc.), laptops, PCs, air conditioning units, coolers, power tools (drills, angle grinders, etc.), TVs, satellite systems, TFTs, microwaves, coffee machines, hairdryers, fans, lights, and vacuum cleaners.
