Product details

The Votronic 2200 battery separation relay disconnects the starter battery from the onboard battery after the engine is turned off and reconnects both in parallel after the next engine start. This ensures that the onboard battery is charged by the alternator while driving, while it can be discharged independently of the starter battery when stationary.
