Voltcraft VC191 Digital Multimeter

Compact measuring device with numerous functions. Beneath the robust housing with soft rubber protection, the Voltcraft VC 171 Digital Multimeter conceals a variety of functions and features: It allows for AC/DC voltage and AC/DC current measurements up to 10 A, as well as resistance, capacitance, and frequency measurements. Conveniently, the device automatically selects the best display range. To measure the duty cycle of pulses, the duty cycle function is available, and there is also a diode test included in the performance specifications. This versatile tool can be used in the CAT III 600 V range.

The VC 191 offers even more. In addition, the VC 191 features a low-pass filter for precise measurements, for example, when dealing with frequency inverter-controlled motors. The Low Pass Filter (V/AC) function is available for detecting and storing maximum and minimum values. Another highlight is the LoZ function, which reduces the risk of obtaining false measurements due to phantom voltage, providing greater safety when checking for existing voltage. Furthermore, the VC 191 is equipped with a relative measurement function that displays deviations from a specified reference value.

True RMS Multimeter. Frequency inverters, computer switch-mode power supplies, or other non-linear loads can influence and alter signals. With True RMS, both pure sine waves and more complex non-sinusoidal signals can be measured.

All important additional functions on board. With the Voltcraft VC 171 Digital Multimeter, you can focus on the essentials at work, as practical functions facilitate the workflow: It features an acoustic continuity tester and allows for non-contact voltage testing. The Voltcraft VC 171 is protected by high-performance fuses rated for 600 V.

Clear display. The display features 4000 counts, meaning it shows 4-digit values up to 4000, regardless of the position of the decimal point.
