Integrated function generator: Thanks to a built-in function generator in the oscilloscope, no additional device is needed. Signals can be fed into the circuit under test and immediately captured with the oscilloscope. The function generator can generate signal shapes such as sine (up to 25 MHz), square (up to 10 MHz), ramp (up to 1 MHz), and EXP (rise/fall up to 5 MHz). Factory standard calibration: A factory calibration is performed as part of quality assurance during the production of the measuring device. This is sufficient for general measurements and ensures compliance with the tolerance limits as specified in the technical data. The technical data is provided in the user manual.
