Viva Decor Textile paint, 90 ml

Viva Decor Textile Paint, 90 ml, is water-based and can be mixed with each other. It is ready to use straight from the bottle and can be easily dosed. This highly efficient and color-intensive textile paint is suitable for light natural and synthetic fabrics (except coated materials) and can be used for hand or machine dyeing. When applied undiluted, it produces intense color results, while diluting with water creates pastel shades. It is ideally recommended to wear protective gloves.

For machine dyeing, a uniform but less intense coloring occurs. 90 ml is sufficient for about 230 g of fabric, which is roughly equivalent to two size M t-shirts. In rare cases, there may be slight discoloration of plastic or rubber parts, which can be removed with washing gasoline.

There are different methods for hand dyeing:
1. For the cold-dye/vintage effect, mix 90 ml of paint with 1 liter of water each. Briefly knead the dry fabric in the dyed water bath, wring it out, and then let it dry hanging.
2. For the classic tie-dye technique, tie knots in the fabric with string and fully submerge it in water. After wringing it out, place the fabric on a draining rack and apply the textile paint to the exposed areas up to just before the ties. Open the ties and let the fabric dry flat.

The dyed fabrics are washable up to a maximum of 90 °C. For synthetic fabrics, hand washing is recommended, as the dyed textiles may bleed. The finished fabrics can be easily fixed with an iron. Ideal for creating custom pillow covers, bags, scarves, t-shirts, and more.
