Véritable Lingot Komatsuma Spinach BIO

Grow your own Komatsuma spinach. Komatsuma is a very popular leafy vegetable in Japanese cuisine. This plant has thick leaves and stems. The young leaves of Komatsuma are tender with a mild flavor and can be harvested as needed. Mature leaves are the largest and resemble Swiss chard or pear wine. The leaves are very rich in calcium and minerals. They can be eaten raw in salads or cooked like spinach.

Included is a set of seed pods that will sprout within a week. Your first harvest is expected to be ready for picking within 2-3 weeks. For 2-3 months, you will have the opportunity to harvest your crop repeatedly until the plant is no longer productive.
