Valvoline OEM Advanced 40 Antifreeze Coolant is a premium hybrid carboxylate formulation that provides extended life. It contains organic acids on a state of the art ethylene glycol base to protect all cooling system metals, including aluminum, from corrosion. Valvoline OEM Advanced 40 contains no phosphates, borates, nitrates, amines or nitrites and no imidazole. When diluted 50% with distilled water, Valvoline OEM Advanced 40 protects modern engine parts from freezing in winter and overheating in summer. See the table below for mixing instructions.
