Product details

High-performance surface grinding discs feature a highly porous bond system that reduces thermal load and minimizes dressing diamond wear. They can be used universally in the pendulum grinding process, resulting in significantly fewer disc changes during daily operations. These discs are compatible with all commercially available grinding machines in mould, tool, and machine construction, including brands like Jung, ABA, Blohm, Elb, Mägerle, Ziersch & Baltrusch, Geibel & Hotz, and Jones & Shipman. Cooling with emulsion is required, so ensure good cooling lubrication for long-chipping materials. This high-performance line utilizes sintered aluminium oxide for longer tool life, greater cutting performance, and cooler grinding. It is particularly suitable for high-alloy, hardened steels, INOX, and HSS with a hardness of 60 HRC. The super-abrasive CBN grinding discs VIB-STAR CBN offer an elevated level of quality.
