Unlike high trays, where the product tends to stack on top of each other, creating a mold-prone environment, our low-profile trays promote single-layer drying of the product. With space for 20 trays, you achieve maximum drying per square meter. The frame is made of clear anodized aluminum, providing strength while remaining lightweight for easy transport. The assembly on four lightweight swivel casters allows for omnidirectional maneuverability. When not in use, the racks can be nested for space-saving storage.
