• One gas cartridge lasts up to 12 hours, and active ingredient mats last up to 4 hours.

Refills can be stored for long periods. Gas cartridges and active ingredient mats do not need to be used simultaneously. For example, you can use them for just one hour a day. Simply turn off and use again at another time. If there is a longer interval (more than 2 days) in between, store the active ingredient mat in an airtight package in a dry and cool place.

The synthetic active ingredient Prallethrin belongs to the family of pyrethroids and is synthetically modeled after the natural biocide Pyrethrin (derived from chrysanthemums).
