The Tecwerk DIN 6539 Type N spiral drill is a highly advanced tool specifically designed for precise drilling in a variety of materials. With a diameter of 3.5 mm and an extra short design, this drill offers excellent stability and control during use. It is made from high-quality solid carbide (VHM) and features a TiAlN coating that extends the tool's lifespan and improves machining quality. The 118° point angle and cross grind from Ø 2.0 mm ensure efficient chip removal and reduce heat generation while drilling. This spiral drill is ideal for applications in steel casting, gray cast iron, hard cast iron, manganese, hard steels, bronzes, light and non-ferrous metals, as well as fiber-reinforced plastics and other thermosetting plastics. The precise nominal diameter tolerance of h7 guarantees accurate drill holes, while the profile-ground quality ensures consistently high performance.
