The DIN 844 Type HR end mill from Tecwerk is a highly developed tool designed for precise milling operations in various materials. With a diameter of 20 mm and a cutting length of 89 mm, this end mill offers excellent performance when machining materials with a strength of up to 1200 N/mm². The TiCN coating enhances wear resistance and extends the tool's lifespan. The four-flute design with a center cut and back-ground fine cord profile allows for efficient chip removal and ensures clean cutting edges. The cylindrical shank with a drive surface guarantees a secure and stable connection to the milling machine, while the right-hand cutting design facilitates handling. This end mill is particularly well-suited for machining steel and cast iron, but also has limited suitability for non-ferrous metals, special alloys, and INOX.
