The flap grinding disc from Tecwerk is a high-performance grinding tool specifically designed for demanding applications in metalworking. With a diameter of 125 mm and a grit size of 80, this disc offers excellent material removal performance and remarkable service life. It is ideal for processing both alloyed and unalloyed steels, high-strength non-ferrous metals, as well as stainless steel. The flap grinding disc is particularly well-suited for rough and intermediate grinding and is frequently used for processing weld seams, deburring, surface smoothing, rust removal, and cleaning castings. The 22.23 mm bore allows for easy mounting on common grinding machines, making it even more versatile.
