The flap grinding disc from Tecwerk is a powerful tool designed for a variety of applications in metalworking. With a diameter of 115 mm and a grit size of 40, this grinding disc offers high material removal performance and remarkable durability. It is particularly effective for rough and intermediate grinding of alloyed and unalloyed steels, as well as high-strength non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. The flap grinding disc is excellent for processing weld seams, deburring, surface smoothing, rust removal, and cleaning castings. The 22.23 mm bore allows for easy mounting on common grinding machines, while the maximum speed of 13,300 RPM ensures efficient processing.
