The Tecwerk flap disc is a high-performance grinding tool specifically designed for processing various types of metals. With a diameter of 125 mm and a grit size of 120, this disc offers excellent material removal performance and remarkable durability. It is ideal for rough and intermediate grinding and is particularly suitable for applications such as processing weld seams, deburring, surface smoothing, rust removal, and cleaning castings. The abrasive material used, zirconia alumina, ensures effective material removal and is suitable for both alloyed and unalloyed steels, as well as high-strength non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. The flap disc features a bore size of 22.23 mm, allowing for easy mounting on common grinding machines. The maximum speed of 12,200 RPM ensures efficient processing and high productivity.
