Team Wendy EXFIL® Carbon Rail 3.0 Helmet Black

The EXFIL® Carbon Helmet by Team Wendy is an exceptionally lightweight tactical helmet made from carbon fiber. The helmet is equipped with a Wilcox® W cover for night vision mounts and is naturally compatible with all tactical communication headsets. The EXFIL® Rail 3.0 accessory kit is compatible with all standard EXFIL® accessories.

The EXFIL® Carbon Rail 3.0 system allows for the attachment of the EXFIL® ballistic visor, EXFIL® face shields, and EXFIL® ballistic ear covers. The Boa® Fit System ensures proper positioning and a secure fit on the head, and the Cam Lock sliders can be opened or closed with one hand. Depending on individual preference, two different liner options are offered: the TPU liner Revolve™ and the foam liner Zorbium®.

Liner Options:
1. TPU Liner Revolve™
The Revolve™ TPU liner is largely a development of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier RD&E Center's HEaDS UP program. It is the absolute high-end product of the latest helmet technology. Various patented thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) structures are utilized here, optimized for impact protection, maximizing protection against high-speed impacts. The TPU liner Revolve™ is also extremely stable and durable. It is resistant to wear and extreme environmental conditions. Above all, the TPU liner Revolve™ is highly breathable despite its high functionality in impact protection: airflow is promoted as there is a gap between the wearer's head and the helmet shell.
