The BV-2-GD connection sleeve from TE Connectivity is a high-quality connector specifically designed for cable cross-sections ranging from 4 x 16 mm² to 4 x 25 mm². It provides a reliable and durable solution for connecting unshielded plastic cables and conduits, such as N(A)YY and NYM. The sleeve's housing is made of impact-resistant, transparent polycarbonate and features a practical snap-on design that allows for easy installation. The connection sleeve is equipped with an environmentally friendly casting compound, GUROFLEX-N, which is free of labeling and is delivered in a double-chamber bag. It is suitable for use in various environments, including indoors, outdoors, underground, and underwater, and offers longitudinal water tightness that meets safety and reliability standards. Installation is quick and straightforward thanks to the adaptable foam seals that ensure optimal sealing. The BV-2-GD connection sleeve is system-tested according to CENELEC EN 50393, thus meeting high quality standards.
