The SunSun UVC clarifiers CUV-218 / CUV-224 / CUV-236 / CUV-324 / CUV-336 / CUV-624 / CUV-336 are suitable for direct connection to the filter. Larger UVC units must be connected via a hose.

The filter is placed on the pond bank and connected to a suitable pump (not included) in the water. The water is channelled through the filter and then returned to the pond in a purified state.

Filters with a connected UVC clarifier must be installed at a safety distance of at least 2 metres from the water in accordance with the applicable VDE guidelines.
