With a 7 mm wide, hand-forged blade made of high-quality special carbon steel and a robust beech wood handle, this tool offers the highest quality and durability. The crafted Gaissfuss shape (stitch 47 / shape 47) allows for precise cuts. An integrated internal clamp protects against cracking in the handle, while the hand-ground and polished edge ensures easy resharpening.
