Steca Solarix PRS 2020

The Steca Solarix PRS 2020 charge controller is ideally suited for photovoltaic (PV) systems to charge 12 V or 24 V lead batteries, in the areas of hobby and leisure, residential, commercial, and industrial use.

The Steca Solarix PRS solar charge controller impresses with its simplicity and performance while offering a modern design with a convenient display at a very attractive price.

The following protection functions are part of the controller's basic features:

• Overcharge protection
• Deep discharge protection
• Protection against battery undervoltage
• Protection against reverse current into the solar module

Protection against user errors:

• Protection against short circuits at the solar module / reverse polarity at the solar module
• Protection against short circuits at the consumer output or excessive consumer current
• Protection against reverse connection of the battery
• Protection against overcurrent at the solar module
• Protection against overheating of the device
• Protection against overvoltage at the consumer output
• Protection against incorrect connection sequence

Note: The battery type can only be changed with optional accessories (Steca PA RC100). The Steca PRS series is factory-set for lead-acid batteries (liquid). If you wish to use the charge controller to charge AGM or gel batteries, please make a corresponding note with your order.
