Conventional wrenches

The connection between the jaw and the handle experiences the greatest stresses when tightening. This fact is hardly taken into account with conventional open-end wrenches. In heavy-duty use, this can lead to tool breakage and cause serious hand injuries.

STAHLWILLE wrenches

To reduce the risk of breakage, we concentrate material where stresses occur and remove it where it is not needed. This results in extremely stable yet slim and lightweight tools that, due to their compact dimensions, allow work even in the tightest spaces.

  • Forged in the die from high-quality specialty steels.
  • Optimal hardening in a continuous furnace without decarburization or edge decarburization.
  • Gentle quenching in an oil bath.

  • High bending strength and low weight thanks to the STAHLWILLE typical double-T profile.
  • Grippy, skin-friendly surface due to the STAHLWILLE round finish.
