SSI Schäfer Small load carrier R-KLT ESD

The black R-KLT ESD small load carrier is designed for transporting electronic components and is made of a conductive plastic that ensures constant earthing. The small load carriers from the R-KLT range are typically used in the automotive and supplier industry. The practical ESD version is made of robust, black conductive plastic and is designed for both manual and automated transport of individual electronic parts. The ergonomic handle on the ends and an auxiliary handle on the long sides ensure optimum manual handling.

As standard, the boxes have a sturdy composite base that can hold up to 20 kg. On request, they can be fitted with a vibration welded base, which enables quiet running on conveyor belts and raises the maximum content load of the container to 50 kg, with label fields on the front and long sides for clear labeling. Lifting shafts allow the boxes to be picked up vertically, enabling space-saving transport.
