Spray.Bike is a bicycle paint spray with an innovative powder coating that has been developed for both beginners and experienced painters. Spray.Bike is a dry powder coating developed exclusively for bicycles. The acrylic mixture contains dry particles that cover the frame of your bike. The innovative acrylic formula makes Spray.Bike perfect for customising, repairing and restoring your bike. Make sure the surface is clean and dry. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye and face protection. Always spray in an open space outdoors. Shake the can for at least 3 minutes before use. Test spray for 2-3 seconds before application. The optimum temperature for spraying is 20-25°C. Always spray with the can in a vertical position, otherwise the colour may spray unevenly. For solid colours, spray the surface from a distance of 30 cm. Always keep your hand moving when spraying. Leave to dry for about 10 minutes and repeat the process a second time. At the end, turn the can upside down and spray for two seconds before storing. Protect the can from sunlight and temperatures above 50°C. For a satin or gloss finish, finish with Spray.Bike Frame Builder's Transparent Finish - Satin/Gloss. For a matt top coat, finish with Frame Builder's Transparent Finish - Matte. Physical properties: Butane/propane mixture. Density: 0.6-0.8 g/L (density cup 100cm3/20°C, ASTM D - 1475). Flash point: -104 °C (based on the blowing agent). Drying time: Touch (20°C, humidity <65%): 5-10 minutes. Through-drying (20°C, humidity <65%): 1 hour. Maximum hardness: 24 hours. Coverage: 4 m² per 400 ml. Layer thickness: 200 µm (wet), 50-100 µm (dry). Can pressure: 4 bar (20°C), 8 bar (50°C). Contents: 400 ml/340 g (net). Shelf life: at least 5 years. VOC content: 640 g/L.
