The Spelsberg junction box is a highly reliable junction box specifically designed for use in industrial environments and tunnel areas. With an IP66/IP67 protection rating, it offers effective protection against dust and water, making it ideal for demanding installations. The box is rated for a maximum voltage of 400 V AC and allows for a secure connection of uncut conductors with a clamping range of 16 mm² to 50 mm². The housing is made of halogen-free special duroplastic, known for its high temperature resistance. The use of stainless steel 1.4571 for the external mounting brackets and cover screws ensures a long lifespan and corrosion resistance. This junction box is pre-wired for easy installation, while the electrical function maintenance according to DIN 4102 Part 12 provides additional safety.
