In many cases, it is significantly more efficient to anchor a component using the so-called through-mounting method in the substrate. For this through-mounting, we offer our SPAX nail anchor in the program. Instead of first inserting the anchor into the drilled hole, placing the component, and then screwing in the screw, the anchor-screw combination is pushed through the component into the drilled hole as a whole. The anchor, made of high-quality nylon, is stable, durable, and highly load-bearing. Unlike conventional anchors, our nail anchor is installed using a hammer blow, so a cordless screwdriver is not necessary for installation. It is only needed if you want to detach the fastening, whether for a correction or during the disassembly of the component. Through-mounting is sensible when relatively thin components like boards, slats, or drywall profiles need to be anchored quickly and securely in a solid substrate.
